No Win No Fee.. How does it work?

We offer no win no fee wherever possible. We don’t charge any hidden fees. We provide an upfront Claimant agreement to ensure clients won’t be running up our fees by the hour. This means we are motivated to get the best result possible by aiming to settle your case quickly, out of court, and at the highest settlement value possible. Not all no win no fee agreements are the same. Ours are clear, fair, and set the strong foundations for our levels of service.

Our outline terms and fee examples are available here.

* fee payable if case abandoned by client during claim or not pursued later at client request.

Legal advice and Practical Solutions

Sometimes we identify that clients might be best placed to resolve things informally and directly. We will always act in your best interests, even if that means that you don’t really need to use us.

Fixed fees for other services

Not all Empoyment Law legal work is for Claims Litigation. We can help with one off correspondence, document drafting or advice on a disciplinary or grievance matter.

Ask us about a fixed fee for certain types of work, and we’ll provide you with an upfront fixed fee that won’t change.

You don’t have to sign up with us

After your initial free Case review, you’re not obligated to sign up with us. The first step is getting some advice, and then just let us know if you want to proceed. It’s your claim, and it’s your decision if you want to go ahead. You might want to think about it for a bit, decide to do nothing, or see how things pan out. That’s absolutely fine, we’re here to help when you need us.
